Volunteers play an important role in helping our teammates build confidence, develop job skills, and succeed in the workplace. We are seeking individuals who can commit to 2–4 hours per month to work alongside teammates as they practice café duties and customer service skills. Volunteers are especially valuable in supporting new teammates as they learn routines, develop independence, and become comfortable in the café environment.
